  • 5-day free trial for all new users
  • Sample AI conversation practice
  • Preview of all course categories
  • Demo of speaking recognition features

We encourage all users to fully utilize the free trial period to ensure our service meets their needs before committing to a paid subscription.

Subscription Cancellation

While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation stops future automatic renewals
  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time will be provided
  • Cancelled accounts cannot be reactivated at the previous rate

Exceptions

In extremely rare circumstances, we may consider exceptions only for:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Unauthorized transactions (with proof)
  • Service completely unavailable for extended periods (7+ days)
